How to Write a Love Letter to Your Body

I actually use writing as my meditation which it sounds like it's not meditation because you're so active and your brain is moving but if you try this sometime I recommend trying this try stream of consciousness writing especially if you can't seem to meditate because your mind is buzzing just get it out word vomit. Another thing I've done with writing in my reflection is writing a love letter to my body most people I think have some insecurity whether it's their height or their eyes are too far apart or their nose is not pointed enough or it is too pointy. We need to set the boundary within ourselves of what we're going to criticize and then we set the boundaries with ourselves, she says.
