Is There Anything Culturally Specific About Emotions?

When i started studying emotions, the general idea was we all recognized the same emotional faces. My charge was in my pach d originally to see if anything about emotions was different. In the course of his scaringly 30 years of career, i've come from looking at emotions as is there anything culturally specific to thinking that emotions are pretty much the way of being part of a culture. But beyond that, i think that our emotions are shaped by the kind of relationships that we have with other people.
