Is the DS-Early Music a Threat to Our Culture?
Are all of these composers doing this intentionally? I think about that a lot. There are composers who will use those four notes, just thinking, oh, it just sounds dark and cool,. It's definitely a full-blown trope at this point. For the many composers who do use it intentionally, the deep history of the DS-era is a huge part of its appeal. "For better or for worse, death isn't going anywhere"
