meditation was never designed to help mindfulness, that's not why buddha taught it. enlightenment is the freedom from the cycle of karma. So you actually don't want to create new karmas, theoretically, in the pursuit of mokh. For myself and most humans, i think when you'll get to that point, you can sort of, you know, close out your accounts. But generally speaking, i think that what we should do is create positive cormas. That's like something that we should all work very hard to do.
