ben franklin: There are different types of people when it comes to energy levels. polyphasic sleep is where you have a small amount of sleep during the night time hours, and then you take very certain napsn for a particular time,. at a particular time. The other thing is it's really frick and lonely. Your go to bed around midnight. You wake up around three 30 in the morning. Everybody that you care about in this universe is probably asleep. And i do believe that there is a genetic ponent to people who can be successful at polyphasic sleeping. It's just not a good idea.
