Main Character Energy

Main character energy is someone who lives life as if it's worthy of a writer or film director narrating every little detail of their life. The main character by definition is a character for which there is a whole artwork constructed around it to bring meaning and pleasure and entertainment to the world. So I think it's not the traits of the character themselves, but in terms of kind of at this more meta level living life as if, you know, they should be a main character. That's how I see it.
