The lack of cutaneous findings is more consistent with bradykinin mediated as opposed to histamine mediated. So at this point, it's either mass cell degranulation from opiate that's responding to your steroids and antihistamines or it's someone that's on the cinephro who may be at risk for angioedema. And then there's some exacerbating factor that I just am not aware of and I'm looking forward to learning. But again, epinephrine has no role in that category of bradykinsin mediated angioedma.
