Having a goal is critical. So many of us are victimized by people who just ramble on and on. If it's relevant and salient, then people will connect to it or at least give you an opportunity to connect to them. Structured information is processed more fluently by our brains. We have to connect and validate with what somebody is saying.
Today I've invited Matt Abraham's to the show. Matt is a lecturer at Stanford, he specializes in the essentials of strategic communication, and is the host of the Think Fast Talk Smart podcast. I reached out to Matt to issue a friendly challenge, by way of an invitation, to think fast and talk smart on this podcast. By the end of this episode, you will be able to make your communication more memorable.
