An ordinary bank generates more capital than it couln responsibly reinvest in organic growth. So po will look at that and say, oh, this bank has a 15, 16, 17 % return equities. Nd, that great but then what are they to do with the rest of the mon so because it may be approbriate to grow at eight%. But 18 is unlike for any length of time. You have to decide about that quickly.
