What I Love About Business Development

I went to BCG to learn business. Didn't know what the L was in P and L. And, you know, is a great training ground. So I spent a few years there. And that really was my own trade into the business world and into the world of biotech. Went from there to gene logic, which was a biotech company where I had this kind of hybrid role. It was mostly as the initially it was as the right-hand person to the head of the big business unit. Eventually became head of corporate development strategy. Then IR and PR and comms and marketing started to start coming under my remit.
