Alex Jones vs. Ohio

After the Civil War, we passed this thing called the fourteenth amendment. The states now shall make no law a bridging the freedom of speech. So all of the privileges and immunities of free speech that were guaranteed in the Constitution applied to people like Alex Jones. This judge has essentially invalidated a jurisprudence which has been repeatedly upheld since the nineteen sixties. I'm pretty sure he didn't do commercials where he held up his product and was like, "I just want to talk about a tragic event by my product"
