Understanding Life and Perhaps Happiness Tonight's Talk

Tonight's talk is a bit of a collage of topics that are of interest to me. And I want to start with a quote by John Lennon, which is only peripherally related to the talk. When I was five years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. But when I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. They told me I didn't understand the assignment. And I told them they didn't understand life. So tonight's talk is about understanding life and perhaps happiness.
