We're always doing things to match our actions to who we think we are. It's kind of a primal force within us. We take on if we start to take on that identity of I am an unsafe thinker, then suddenly unsafe ideas become attractive as opposed to just frightening. And so at the end of the book, I really talk about my own journey of asking what would an unsafe thinker do in this case? That actually pushed me to sell my company and to move on from the only job I ever really had,. So it had a profound impact on me.
