How to Manage a Round Robin With PMs
The idea was that we can always pull back on the number of cores that you get but it's usually much more difficult to recruit enough people to actually have these conversations with you. We sort of just had everything wide open with the idea that if someone felt overwhelmed we would make some incremental adjustments to either the round robin scheduling or maybe the channels that we did the outreach to. For me like Fridays were my no meeting days and so there was more likelihood that I would have free time there.
