Zilla Group is a marketplace and platform, okay? We're an open marketplace. And we don't have real estate agents that work for us. So they've chosen a little bit different business model but it's a well-run company. North Korea and China are difficult in many ways. Japan is difficult for its own, for different reasons. But global is a real opportunity. I'm a big believer in taking technology businesses globally.
