How Do I Set Up a Bonus for My Employees?
Every year, we look at the profit target for the eart for the company. We divide it by the number of employees and give everyone a bonus based on their roll. At the end of each six month period, every employee gets 50%. Everything is a team bonus that the company makes as a whole. That nfor us, that's really important. It encourages that we work together to sinkt as a team.
