Men and Women Working Together?

Men and women have always worked together a but yet there does seem to be a way which, in the of modern professional organization. It's sort of like the trying to manage difference and trying to neutralize differences the problem. People make illegitimate complaints against a colleague simply because they want their position. I don't think we can down play the psychology of this kind ofa opportunistic conformism or whatever we want to call it.
