The most important tool i would recommend to people, dave, is that you have an introspective practice. For me, minus meditation, i've been meditating for forty five years. But i think having a practice, it could be mindfulness. It could be going for a long walk. Could be just reflecting in a garden. Could be taughtn yo love one, but something where you put away all the electronics,. and you really think, how did i show up to day tid i feel fulfilled? Was not the kind of leader i wanted to be.
