Is There a Need for Standardization?
Coaches are naturally curious and inquisitive in general. They're always looking for different approaches and ways. Some of that they're doing through learning from others. And i actually think, hopefully, if the individual sharing of learning can be shared with other coaches then you've got this really vibrant, use generated world of shared learning which is enormously valuable. But i don't imagine it's more difficult to kind of filter that through into sort of official recognition of a professional elopment.
