How Long Is a Piece of String?

I think the best way to go is to try and find ways to make it easier. For example, a client that feels like standing and chopping fresh vegetables is a barrier to them actually eating some. A similar solution might be using quality ready meals that are now quite accessible. Most major super markets have things that i think many personal trainers might have been buying from meal prep companies ten years ago. And what does a client have to do? Well, you just stick em in the right way, or tip em into a pan and heat them up, and away you go.
