Is There a Way to Create More Money?

The Eurodollar system has been inelastic ever since 2007, because the pendulum swung in the absolute opposite direction. Now we have the banking system that almost refuses to create money for the risks that it represents. So once the horses are out of the barn, you can't put this thing back together again. We've never been able to solve this boom bust cycle which is really, there's something innately human about it.
