How to Sell Weddings at High Rates at Really High Prices
After eight years of doing this, I felt like I had finally mastered it. It took me that long to figure out exactly what I needed to do to close at really high rates at really high prices. And we were doing about a hundred events that last year. The result was a lot of midweek weddings. In the peak months on non-peak days of the week in July and August, we were already sold out of hotel rooms. There's only 62 days in the year. We did one wedding per day, one event per day. But it was way harder for me to stay busy at home.
