Wright: We need a richer concept of asaity and the ittending concepts of dependence and independence, and how perfection relates to those. He argues that if god has parts, he would depend on them, but no vice versa. Wright says this is because some tomists sometimes have a very crass understanding of mereology,. It could fall apart, riht. But come on, let's get serious. Non physical things can have parts and have their parts essentially - just take the set of natural numbers for example.
