Michael Cohen now says he had explicit conversations with Donald Trump before the 2016 election to transfer $130,000 to Stormy Daniels prior to the presidential election. Donald Trump has consistently denied ever having that conversation and ever being aware of this entity that Michael Cohen set up to transfer the funds. Now it comes down to whether the grand jury feels like they have the potential evidence to bring charges against Donald Trump if Michael Cohen's version of events are accurate.
