Leadership Team - I'm Really Thankful for That

I look at them as part of their purpose is helping me lead our church from like a 30,000 foot level. And so they're looking at everything that we do and they're involved in all the big decisions from the big picture perspective. They're all men in our church. All the guys who are on our leadership team are involved here and they're active. So I don't know what church you're in, but let me tell you that's kind of thing. The day to day care of my flock is done with my staff pastors, none of which are on my board,. Because there's a conflict of interest there.
