The Importance of Occupancy Rates
When you have a more expensive property, you typically have less damages. Brindy is not 100% booked out and Star Wars only has been open for five months. Once we get up and going, we'll probably be around 80% occupancy rate. We're still playing with it. But what we've decided is that we end up more profitable charging more and having a slightly lower occupancy rate.
