The Impact of German Idealism

German idealism had a huge impact on twentieth century continental philosophy. Even the no anglo american school of philosophy was influenced by german idealism. The rise of analytic philosophy, in reaction to british idealism, which was basically hegalianism - all these things that you might think hevill was down playing. It's obviously influenced by ah this. So when i think they'll beyond justs like academic philosophy and think about our political and ecological situation, how can we not be grappling with these deep questions about mind and nature and their relationship?
