Kelly Wallace: I was blown away by the quality of Kelly's book. She says she didn't realize there was so much involved with freelancing. There are four parts to a proposal that you like to always include, including an executive summary and project overview. You don't want the client to just kind of pick apart the proposal,. An important thing when you're kind of going into the negotiation as well is if a client is asking for a lower price, ask what will be removed from the scope of work.
