The Importance of Masterminding

Joyce: I think that mastermind is just a term that I'm not comfortable with because that does sound that does sound grandiose right. If an INTJ doesn't view themselves as a mastermind they may not see themselves as anINTJ, even if they are strategic and they are mastermind to other people's eyes. Another another reason maybe an INTJ wouldn't resonate with the type is if they're thinking, oh mastermind like I'm master mining my whole a whole multi million dollar business into going in this amazing direction. It's not it's not necessarily grand it's just that every day things that that we do that we're planning you can call it master mining but that's that
