If you have a pool that is largely white, most likelyan studies show that they are going to recruit people that look like them. And so this just perpetuates the problem, because we don't anyone at the top who's pulling up people under represented back truting from stanford and cowberkley. You have to go out there and really start talking to people that come from different places, different cities, different schools. I mean, that's where a lot of this starts. There're some really, really brilliant people out there a now, now, can't people apply directly to these companies?
