That will make you optimum the next day. What's your pre bed routine then? Are you getting that? Are you having an idea? I don't know. Do you meditate? No, that is my meditation. I tried for years to meditate because everyone was saying meditation changes your life,. It was almost looked down upon if you don’t meditate. And I tried and I tried. I just can't do it.
