The Importance of Specificity in Training
There is a place for specificity and I will say if you're looking at that physiological milieu and feeling overwhelmed and trying to figure out what parts of it do I want to hit well an easy way to answer that is to look at what's my target race this year. The other thing that I'm going to say with this is because execution is so important and again my bias I don't think it's beneficial to do a different workout every single time sureI am a big fan of pick a workout that's going to target what you want to target really focus on the execution and do it for four to six weeks especially because that's first time you do itIt's probably going to take
