The idea is by the time you get to number 10, you've got at least 10 boosters out there looking on your behalf in your job search. There's no real set number of how many informations it'll take in a particular company to find your booster. But getting people to hang in there long enough and not fall for a fake booster in the form of an obligate can be difficult.
