The Importance of a Debriefing
People did have some personal things that they did to manage stress. Some of them were the box breathing type stuff. A lot of them were things like returning to frameworks. But having a team leader who was calm, having recaps,. had a whole range of things that we know functional teams do is a stress mitigator itself. People liked seeing their heart rate data and thinking about, you know, at this point I was stressed for this reason.
