Zalandria Brown says she spoke to the FBI on Sunday when she realized her brother Zindale Brown and his three friends were missing in Mexico. The kidnapped Americans were not identified by officials, but two families from Lake City, South Carolina confirmed their loved ones are among those kidnapped. "These sorts of attacks are unacceptable," a State Department spokesman said.
