If Artemis 3 is successful, I think that's going to trigger a huge resurgence of fascination and awe or an inspiration about space. And building quickly on that will be the first moon, basic, prototype moon base. The mining that will go on on the moon will give us, theoretically, the rare earth metals and precious metals of the sort that we need to fuel the 21st century technology. This barely even scratches the surface at how much of space is frankly uncharted waters legal-wise.
