The Most Important Dimensions of Mindfulness

In between stimulus and response, in between that trigger and your automatic reaction, you have the chance to pause. For me, the most powerful way is to just take a deep breath. Once you react, you can't call those words or those actions home. You can repair them, but you can never call them home. And i think it's really one of the greatest benefits of mindfulness, where we can pause and not react.
