The house voted on a bill yesterday called the respect for marriage act. It has to do with codifying the lawfulness of racial and gay marriages. i want to hiligt for you why this vote happened at all, because that is the important news here. The supreme court overturned the roversus wade decision a few weeks back. In other words, the supreme court does not and should not be in the business of legislating.
