What Do We Learn From Being Mindful?
Wisdom can understand this on many different levels. It's not just being mindful we want to be investigating, we can also bring this wisdom factor to bear on the different thoughts and emotions that are arising in the mind. So our actions are coming from the wisdom, from what we learn about these different experiences. No consciousness, knowing and perceptionknowing all the different thought and feelings we have all day long.
