Is There a Place for All Kinds of Research?

There's a place for all kinds of research, right? I wouldn't niessarily say that a company shoud throw out their traditional research department in lieu of only product management research or product designd research. Wish product research is more ongoing shorter term, higher volume. And so i can sort of see how those two can coexist really well together. We're always trying to do on this par to createe a ympathy between the different stake holders involved in the product management process.
