Is There a Talent Shortage?
There is no toen shortage. There's so much talent, there's so much human potential, that it goes asted every day. What the light bolls wen't offfor me when i tumbled into some of thait researches. You have to be able to build systems that can take people this not there's no talent shortage. That represents what the nocerium represents for your mission or organization. And then change those with purpose and change those with vision in such a way you can get results.
