Good policy sits above process and good policy will flow through to improve processes globally. What are some policies that you feel it feel like have been impactful in the quality of life and the experience that you're enjoying? Well, we have a what we call a flexible time off policy. There's some parameters, not everybody can take off at the same time, but just giving people the freedom to focus on their life outside of work pays huge dividends. And those guidelines is like an overriding kind of document that they can apply to a number of different scenarios.
