Quantitative Data Drives the Best Decisions
The most important thing in marketing right now is figuring out how to harness qualitative insights. Business professionals have been trained to think that quantitative data is the way to make decisions. We get them directly from customers, so that we feel that they're right. Once we have those insights, we have three or more years to go out and execute against those insights before anyone else figures out what we're doing.
