Career Ladders for Data Analysts
We need to create career ladders for each of the corfor roles that includes a path for technical mastery. Data cannot be management or settle for staff. We have to create opportunities for technical mastery in data. And i'm not the first data person to talk about careers and data kitlen mormon has a three part series on locally optimistic published last year, on why you need a career ladder and how to use it. But we absolutely cannot attrit our best talent if we're going to leav and have the kinds of organizations we want.
