The Paradox of Reading a Book
In the art review podcast subject, object verb, you said that you want to leave space in your books for the reader to have their own thoughts on a subject. In essence, it feels like you're trying to create a reading experience that is the opposite of the fictive spell where the reader disappears into the text. But other parts of the book are almost this explosion of questions about existence that are also presented abstractly but they feel wildly open. I imagine every reader is having a radically different experience one of the next.
