Strategic Objectives - What Do You Need to Know?

i had to have an overall strategy. I needed, i needed it to be crystal clear where we were headed. And i wasn't in the mood for a big th and months in preparation work plan. We just need, needed an overall, well, strategic objective,. That's what we call it. It's a single page, and it outlines everything we're trying to do...it puts you all on a mission instead of just reactive, on fire killing.
