The reverse demo is a way to show users what your product can do for them. When you're talking to a daily user, you know they spend so much of their day in workflow in product. What I'm trying to do is invite and welcome a follow-up conversation not around what they're expecting. And people actually eat up that one because it's the first time they've heard about something like this.
