And so as an organization, did you and Lee and that's Lee Anzley for those who don't know who founded Maverick, did you then take that and look at almost people reallocations based on it? Maybe you take the person that was the fraternity guy that's running a portfolio and say maybe we should move him to the client facing side of the business. Was there any of that? Yeah.
