Keeping the Mechanical Hard Drive Spinned
An energy efficient system pays for itself extremely quickly. The thing that's using the most power now is keeping the mechanical hard drive spinning. At home, I have six 14 or 16 terabyte hard drives and a RAID Z2 with eight two-terabyte NVMEs which are just completely shredded. There's one system that has, that has a usable, it has a petabyte usable. And then the other system has 180 or 100,. I think it's 180 ish terabytes, give or take. You're at the top, you've got a petabyte, which nobody's come close to.
