So instead of that, put your phone on airplane mode, apply your journal, reflect on your day,. Then commit to who you're going to be the next day as it relates to your specific milestone future self. For example, call it February 3rd and there's specific things I want done and in place and who I want to be when I'm on that stage. And so I'm visualizing that I'm speaking it into existence.
